HerbaBuena Conscious Cannabis

 

Founded the award-winning, vertically integrated, conscious cannabis company. The first woman-owned cannabis company in the industry to acquire four vertically integrated commercial licenses in California with a successful cash exit.

Set a new quality standard for the industry. Worked with Demeter USA to add cannabis to the list of biodynamic certified crops to ensure purity and provenance.

 

Board Member of Napa and Mendocino Cannabis Association, we also worked with the CDFA to establish new policy and appellations for the state's industry.

Friends & Farmers 

 

Developed a genre-defining, immersive cannabis retail destination in Sonoma County. Designed an 8,400 sf built-to-suit facility.

 

Unanimously awarded four integrated licenses through a highly competitive merit-based application process.

 

Creative director, brand strategist, political liaison and project manager with city, architects, engineers, industry partners, lobbyists and other local stakeholders.

Marks the Spot Catering & Events

 

Co-founded Napa Valley’s award-winning catering company, with a client list that includes the 'who's who' of Napa and Sonoma wine country. Reviewed by the New York Times, we offer private chef and culinary experiences in Napa Valley, California and Maui, Hawaii.

Caldwell Vineyard 

 

A 12-year project, working with the co-owners to develop this family-owned vineyard into one of Napa's most renowned winery projects.

 

Developed the brand strategy, marketing and communications program, as well as some of wine's most innovative wine clubs (Society of Smugglers) and hospitality experiences, to ensure the company’s sustainability and viability as a multi-generational, direct-to-consumer legacy brand.

Chase Cellars 

 

Rebuilt this fifth-generation legacy winery and heritage vineyard from the ground up, as a relevant, sustainable and profitable brand for the next generation, while preserving historically significant vineyards.

 

Guided all aspects of revising the brand development, marketing strategy, product portfolio, winemaking program, vineyard management, management team, and the entire hospitality program. Achieved profitability in two years. 

Wise Caldwell Distillers 

 

Providing creative brand direction, business development and marketing to launch a barrel-aged spirits company with a first-of-its-kind, direct-to-consumer sales and marketing strategy for bourbon, whisky and tequila.

 

 

Attune Wines 

 

Worked with three owners (including the CTO of SpaceX) to create, launch and manage this highly anticipated Pinot Noir brand.

 

The first vintage sold out in three weeks. 

Aloft Wines 

 

Worked with the Marc Mondavi family to rebrand and relaunch their reserve Howell Mountain Cabernet project alongside winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown.​​​

B Wise Vineyards 

Developed a new brand strategy inclusive of website, wine clubs, tasting room operations, 
and hospitality program. 

Entre Nous Wines

Developed and managed a cohesive marketing, sales and hospitality program for this "cult wine" alongside world-class winemakers Philipe Melka and Julien Fayard, and Barbour Vineyard Management. 

 

Folio Fine Wine Partners 

Worked alongside Michael Mondavi’s team to
develop the consumer-direct sales channel, wine clubs and extensive partnership network for his exceptional portfolio of imported and local wines.

Mollydooker Wines 

Adelaide, Australia

Developed and managed this innovative and highly successful experiential wine brand, and integrated marketing program for this Aussie Shiraz house.

 

We broke the mold by selling 18,000 cases of wine direct-to-consumer in the U.S. for the inaugural release.

Bounty Hunter Rare Wine Company

Developed and managed a highly experiential marketing and sales program, through a beautiful paper catalog, website and the most respected wine bar and retail store in Napa. This location was a catalyst for the redevelopment of downtown Napa.

 

As part of the management team, we succeeded in becoming the largest fine wine retailer in the US. Published 1.5M catalogs per year.
